For occasional support or anything not covered by an iCare Managed Services agreement. We offer pay-as-you-go and prepaid options. Minimums apply.

  • Includes SSD, DNS management, daily backups

Device Management

Configuration or management of a Jamf Now instance.

  • Casual: $150 / hr

Travel and Minimums

Travel and Transport

  • Parking fees: on-charged if not provided
  • Taxi: on-charged if expediency requested
  • Hardware + software pickup: $20 / 15 min
  • Travel outside Zone 2: $20 / 15 min

Onsite support

  • Locations up to 1/2 hr drive from our office in Stanmore: 1 hr minimum
  • Locations 1/2 - 1 hr drive from our office in Stanmore: 2 hour minimum

Remote support

  • A 15 minute minimum applies to remote support

Standard business hours and out-of-hours support

  • Standard business hours are M-F, 9am - 5pm
  • Requests for support out of these hours attract a 1.5x support fee
  • Support on public holidays attracts a 2x support fee
